SINOSSI
Chris (Tate Dewey), un millennial egocentrico, vive la sua complicata vita dopo anni di gavetta iniziata con piccoli raggiri.
A seguito di una truffa andata male, un giudice (Olympia Dukakis) lo condanna a prendersi cura della nonna Melody (Karen Grassle), affetta da Alzheimer.
Rendendosi conto della potenziale entità della ricchezza dell'anziana nonna, Chris decide di coinvolgere i suoi amici nella rapina del secolo, sicuro di avvicinarsi sempre più al tesoro che da tempo andava cercando.
Tuttavia, le cose non vanno come previsto e si ritrova a lottare tra il suo passato doloroso e i valori familiari ritrovati.
Durante il suo viaggio attraverso la perdita, la famiglia e la fede, Chris trova l'aiuto del pastore (Louis Gossett Jr.), del medico della nonna (Tatum O Neal) e di altri amici,
una saggia amante dei pettegolezzi (Cloris Leachman) e un direttore di banca (George Chakiris).

SYNOPSIS
Chris (Tate Dewey) is a self-centered millennial who has grown up to become a con artist. After one of his
scams goes wrong, a judge (Olympia Dukakis) sentences him to take care of his grandmother Melody
(Karen Grassle), who is affected by Alzheimer’s. As he realizes the extent of the elderly woman’s wealth,
Chris decides to get his friends involved in their ultimate heist. However, things don’t go as planned... and
he finds himself struggling between his painful past and newly found family values. During his journey
through loss, family and faith, Chris finds the help of the local pastor (Louis Gossett Jr.), Grandma’s doctor
(Tatum O’Neal), a gossip-loving wise lady (Cloris Leachman) and a bank manager (George Chakiris).

The film wasshowcased at dozens of film festivals around the world, winning over 110 awards. It had a special screening in Hollywood at the
opening night of the Los Angeles Italia Film Fashion and Art Fest.
